What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of this website. They are not the terms on which the firm is engaged. Where the firm does work for a client, that work is governed by a separate engagement letter, and the engagement letter prevails over anything on this website.

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a professional relationship and does not oblige the firm to accept the work. A relationship begins only when an engagement letter is signed by both sides.

Fees, scope and how work is agreed

Scope, fees, timing and deliverables are agreed in writing for each engagement before work begins. Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance.

Confidentiality

Information a client shares with the firm is treated as confidential and is used only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or by a professional obligation. The detail is set out in the engagement letter.

Ownership of this website

Accounting and workflow platforms are referred to by name so that you know what the firm works with. Those names belong to their owners, and referring to them implies no partnership, endorsement or certification unless stated in writing elsewhere.
